March 8, 2012- USCIS I800A Approval Notice
March 12, 2012– Received USCIS I800A Approval Notice; Took USCIS I800A Approval Notice to State Capitol for Authentication;FedEx’d completed dossier to CHI
March 14, 2012 – Email from CHI that Dossier received and sent out with FedEx to Poland, same day
April 17, 2012 –Poland approves our DossierMay 10, 2012 – Received official referral for Lukasz
May 18, 2012—USCIS Notice of I800 Petition Receipt
June 1, 2012 – Contact with Senator’s office re: UCIS slow processing of I800; we were told it would not be looked at for another week
June 1, 2012 –Senator’s office contacts USCIS; USCIS states that it was Approved May 31, 2012
June 4, 2012 – Received I800 Approval Notice
June 20, 2012 – Leave for Poland
June 22, 2012 – Meet Lukasz and start bonding period
July 6, 2012 – End of Bonding Period and Final Court date
July 7, 2012 – Matt returns home
July 20, 2012- End of Appeal Period. Adoption is Final!
July 24, 2012—Received Lukasz’ Polish Passport
July 25, 2012—Immigration Medical Exam and Embassy Appointment
July 29, 2012 – Leave Poland
July 30, 2012 –Arrive home
